The facility is just 20 minutes north of Fort Wayne. We are conveniently located close to the hospital in Auburn, Indiana on the corner of Wesley Road and Smith Drive. (See us on the marquee of Northeast Corners)

Hours
Open Monday through Saturday with evening hours until at least 8:00 PM Monday thru Thursday. We are always open by 8:00 AM and can schedule appointments as early as 7:00 AM and as late as 9:00 PM
